United States Loveparade 2005 >

The Largest Electronic Music Event in the world arrives in the United
States for the second time ever. Started in
Berlin nearly 20 years ago the Loveparade has grown to become a truly
massive international affair... For several years the Loveparade has
drawn well over 1 million people to the streets of Berlin and other host
cities to celebrate tolerance and understanding between the nations of
the world through the common language of music. This was my second
year playing in the Loveparade and it is without question one of the
most inspiring events that I have ever been a part of... |

Highlights included DJing at the Wave hotel party, the Radio 1 Beach
Party, Sander's set on the terrace at Space, the Ultra After Party, interviewing on Argentinean TV, James Holden in

Started in Berlin 15 years ago, the Love Parade has grown to become
the world's largest electronic music event. This year was the
first time the event has ever been held in the United States. Over
50,000 attended and I was honored to be part of it! |

London, UK - July,

Back in Chicago and recovering from a week of
friends, music, and some serious debauchery over in the UK...a
few random
pictures here, some of the highlights for me were
fabric london, record shopping, chilling in the park, belle &
sebastian @ sommerset house, fish & chips for every meal, large
amounts of brie & wine, wagamamma's, robot bar tenders, the tate
modern, randomly yelling 'bloody hell!' and 'bollocks!', looking
for my pants, riding around in 'the tube', public toilets, making
fun of other tourists, giving bad directions, tea time, not
sleeping and not working for an entire week. All highly
recommended activities on your next visit. I also
managed to record a 60 minute DJ set on House FM, London (check
back soon for audio)...

New York -
June 2004
Great to be back in NYC! Played at Sin Sin on Thursday
night and Bauhaus on Saturday night... dirty late night fun. Met
some new friends and had such a good time I missed my 6am flight home on
Sunday. I think I need to sleep for a few days.
